Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Vendors are responsible that their product descriptions are as accurate and realistic as possible. There can be deviation and uniqueness on products though. If there is any misunderstanding we encourage you to contact directly to the corresponding vendor from who you purchased the product or service. It is also recommended to confirm before ordering if there is slightest doubt about some detail that is important to you.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

You will receive automatically your receipt to your email / customer account on our site. Furhter inquiries should be pointed directly to your vendor where you made the purchase.

How can I return an item?

In case there is need for returning the item contact your vendor for further instructions how to proceed.

In Eu the main rule is that items have 14 days return policy with some exceptions. Items must be intact and unspoiled for returns. We encourage our vendors to be flexible and a happy customer is a returning customer.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Many products are stored in local or Vendors own warehouses while other are delivered on order basis from manufacturers or importers warehouses. If availability is not clear from the vendors shop we encourage to confirm it directly from the Vendor.

It is normal that there is some deviation on delivery times due to variety of delivery companies and their delivery speed on different areas in EU. We encourage vendors to provide realistic delivery times. If some item seems to be sold out it is still quite probable that the Vendor can deliver this product with reasonable delivery time and restock their own warehouse.

How can I get product support?

If you have open questions or want to have support on using the item please check that product description & web search for this question. If no easy and clear help and instructions are found please contact the Vendor who delivered that product to you for further instructions.
