Instructions:
Basic instructions: Heat 120 ml of the milk used by the baby. Add 4 spoons (15 g) of porridge oats. Mix well, allow to swell and cool to 37 °C before serving. You can modify the amount and composition of the porridge according to your baby’s preferences.
Dairy-free velli: Boil 200 ml of water and let cool (approx. 50 °C). Add 25 g of Holle oatmeal (approx. 5 tablespoons) and one teaspoon of organic cooking oil suitable for the baby’s diet to the water and mix until the desired consistency is reached.
Dairy-free cereal with fruit: Mix 20 g of Holle oatmeal (about 4 tablespoons) and 100 g of canned fruit or 100 g of freshly pureed fruit and one teaspoon of organic cooking oil suitable for the baby’s diet. If necessary, add boiled water (50°C).
If fresh milk is used, we recommend adding 2 tablespoons of vitamin C-rich fruit juice to facilitate iron intake. Dairy-free foods are almost fat-free. We recommend adding 1–2 teaspoons (4–8 g) of vegetable oil suitable for the baby’s diet to these foods.
Storage instructions:
Store in a dry and cool place. Use the product within 3 weeks of opening.
