TerraSana’s organic shoyu is a mild soy sauce made using traditional Japanese methods, made from soybeans, wheat and koji. Shoyu is allowed to ferment for at least 12 months during the preparation stage, thanks to which its unique taste is salty, sour, sweet, sweet and umami. Use to add flavor to, for example, miso soups, noodle dishes, woks or as a sauce for sushi.
