TERMS AND CONDITIONS

General information
Good Life School Ltd, business ID: 3174569-7, address: Rantakyläntie 141a, 86950 Ahmovaara; sells products to companies and adult private persons in the EU. These terms of delivery apply to orders placed in our online shop and to similar deliveries.
These terms of delivery are valid from 13.09.2024. We may unilaterally change our terms of delivery from time to time, so please check our terms of delivery each time you order products from our online shop.

Products and product prices
The features and prices of the products in our online shop are shown in the product description for each product. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery charges, so please check the prices in your shopping cart before placing an order. The prices of the products include taxes, which will be indicated in the shopping cart and in the order confirmation.

Delivery charges
Any delivery costs that may be charged for an order depend on the product itself (e.g. weight, packaging) and the delivery method chosen and are automatically added to the total amount of the order. You can see the delivery charges (if any) in your shopping cart before you accept your order.

Ordering and contract
You can order products on our online shop website by adding them to your shopping cart, confirming your order and paying for the contents of your shopping cart in the payment service. When ordering from our online shop, you are required to have read and agreed to our terms and conditions of delivery in force from time to time. You understand that your order, once accepted and confirmed by us, is binding, except to the extent that the right of withdrawal is mentioned below, and creates a contract with these terms of delivery between us.

Payment and payment methods
You may pay for your order using the payment methods described in the online shop and selectable in the shopping cart.

Order and payment confirmation
After a successful order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address, so please provide your email address when placing your order. The order confirmation will also confirm the payment method used.
If for some unexpected reason we are unable to confirm your order, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.

Delivery method
We will deliver your order using one of the delivery methods listed on our website, which you choose when placing your order.

Delivery time
Our most common delivery times to the EU are 4-7 days, depending on the order and delivery method. More detailed times are indicated in the product options.
Cancellation and return policy
If you are a consumer, you have the right under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act to cancel your order by notifying us no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods or the last delivery or, in the case of regular deliveries, the first delivery.
Cancellation notice must be given clearly, for example, on our cancellation form, by email to us below or by a written notice delivered by you with the goods to be returned.
The right of withdrawal applies only and accordingly the returned goods must be in their original packaging, unused and well packed for return.
If the transaction is cancelled, the goods must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the cancellation notice is given to our Returns Address below. If necessary, the person returning the goods must prove that they have been returned within the time limit, for example by means of a return receipt. The returning party must pay the costs of the return. These costs will not be refunded to the returning party.
When returning a delivered order, please include your name and contact details and your account number for the refund.
We will refund the money you have paid for the order accordingly without delay in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

Shipment verification, error and problem situations
Please check the delivery as soon as you receive it. If the product is lost or damaged during transport or otherwise does not correspond to your order or is faulty, please notify our Customer Service as soon as possible and within 14 days at the latest, and we will agree on how to rectify the fault. In consumer transactions, we comply with the mandatory consumer protection law provisions on liability for defects.

Disclaimer
Good Life School Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the order, delivery or product or any of the foregoing, except to the extent otherwise provided by mandatory provision of the Consumer Protection Act or other mandatory law in respect of such loss or damage.

Disputes
We will endeavour to settle any disputes regarding your order by agreement in the first instance, so please contact our Customer Service Department in the first instance to resolve the matter.

If a dispute over a commercial contract cannot be resolved by negotiation between the parties, the consumer can refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi). Before taking the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer should contact the Consumer Advisory Service of the Registrar's Office (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).
