Shop policies for Wonderia Shop

Delivery
We comply to EU consumer regulations and terms.
The shipments are made from our own or manufacturers’ warehouses. Typical delivery time from our own warehouse is 1 week and from manufacturers’ warehouses 2 weeks. If there is any deviation on that we contact you as soon as possible to inform the situation and take actions if needed.  If you have chosen pickup from our Helsinki depot we will inform you when the order is ready to be picked up.

Shipping cost is 6,90-14,90 euro depending on the country we ship to. Orders over 150 euro are delivered for free. Possible exceptions to the shipping costs (for example bulky items) are mentioned in the product description.

 

Returns & exchanges

If you have any issues with your order, let us know. You reach us via the vendor chat or contact form on the vendor page: https://wonderia.shop/store/wonderia/ . We’ll give you instructions on how to return an item if needed. Just include your order info and we’ll refund you once we receive it.

You need to cover the postage costs for returns. If we delivered a wrong or defective item, we’ll refund the postage costs. You have 14 days from delivery to return the item.

Cancellations

Cancellations or changes are accepted until the delivery status has changed to “We are collecting and packing your order”.

Payments

 You can pay for your order in Finland by online bank transfer, credit card, mobile payment, monthly instalments or invoice when placing your order. In other EU countries, the most common credit cards will work. The payment service is provided by Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj is a licensed payment institution. 

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Wonderia.shop is  not responsible for delays due to shipping companies or customs.
